Thank you for shopping with Beads by Finesse. We take pride in creating quality waist beads, neck beads, ankle beads, hand beads, and beaded bags. We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives the correct product in excellent condition.

Returns:

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer
Products that have been worn, used, cut, altered, or damaged after delivery
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the item and the issue

Claims submitted after 72 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Replacements:

For approved claims, we will generally resolve the issue by providing a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability. If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer a similar item of equal value, store credit, or a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not available or where a replacement is not practical.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Waist Beads and Jewelry:

For hygiene and quality reasons, waist beads, neck beads, ankle beads, and hand beads cannot be returned or refunded once they have been worn, cut, adjusted, or altered.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the issue resulted from our error, including the shipment of an incorrect or defective item.
